 Upload photograph of owner having max. file size 1 mb and file format is (.jpeg, .jpg, .png)

 Upload pan card of owner having max. file size 1 mb and file format is (.pdf)

 Upload aadhaar card of owner having max. file size 1 mb and file format is (.pdf)

 Upload address proof of sawmill/firm having max. file size 1 mb and file format is (.pdf)

 Upload machinery detail document of sawmill/firm having max. file size 1 mb and file format is (.pdf)

 After submitting the form one time password is send to the owner mobile no. for validating the owner
